1. God’s love’s everyone, despite our flaws and weaknesses.
2. Running without knowing where you’re going or where you are is refreshing.
3. Staring out over the ocean is calming.
4. Sharks are tasty.
5. The day before a vacation is exciting. The day after a vacation… not so much.

1. Dead legs = tough running.
2. Love isn’t a feeling, it’s an act of obedience.
3. A holiday that falls in the middle of the week just messes me up.
4. Fear is toxic.
5. Counting down the days until a vacation is torture.

1. We should love others because He first loved us.
2. Sunblock is important and you probably need a higher SPF than you think.
3. Grilled food is the best food.
4. Love is patient
5. Four day work weeks often feel like eight day work weeks.
